One of the Great Calamity Beasts. A great fox yokai characterized by his arrogant speech. His trademark is the two distinctive purple wave patterns on his cheeks.
Yokai of the Kagiroi family have traditionally possessed immense yokai power, but at the cost of this power is hunger, requiring them to devour at least 500 humans a day.
He appears not ferocious at first glance, lulling his prey into a false sense of security, but he is dangerous enough to devour them on a whim.
He has a great fondness for human children and sake, kidnapping them into the forest and savoring each one before swallowing them whole.

He usually live in the “Abyssal Forest.”
The Deceptive Forest has the potential to connect to both the yokai world and the real world’s forests, and once you enter, you can never leave.
It’s essentially an extremely hopeless random encounter.
He can also transform into humans. In fact, high-ranking yokai, including Oboro, possess this ability as a matter of course in order to prey on humans.
They basically only see all living things as food, so normal conversation is nearly impossible.

–Physical Characteristics–
He are enormous. Humans are so large that they don’t even reach the tip of their noses.
His body color is basically black, with red from the chest to the groin, and white at the tips of their feet and tail. The base of their tail and the hair on his ears are purplish.
He have many stomachs. Mainly used for dissolving and storing prey.
His body hair is very warm and fluffy. However, it hardens instantly upon receiving a strong impact, protecting his body from the shock.
His belly is very soft. Therefore, it also puts its familiars to sleep.

His inside is also soft, so if you’re swallowed, you’ll be subjected to a hell.
He retains its natural fox senses, so it can spot prey even in the dark.
His sense of smell is sharp, and it can easily distinguish scents from a distance of about 10,000 feet.
He has five front paws and four hind paws, and his front paws can be moved as skillfully as human hands.
His tail is, of course, also very fluffy.
